Job Description

Olana Enterprise, LLC, (Parma Heights, OH) is looking for full-time Information Technology Support Specialist. The duties are:

Set up equipment for consumers performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software. Read technical Manuals conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support. Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications. Inspect equipment and read other sheets to prepare for delivery to users. Answer user inquiries regarding computer software operation to resolve problems. Prepare evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrades.

Requirements

• High School diploma is a must.
• At least 24 months of experience in IT support, technical support, help desk support or similar occupation.
